The tiny seed is a complete protein, gluten free, high in b vitamins, magnesium, iron, folate and fiber. Recipe;
🌱3/4 cup quinoa in a saucepan.
🌱Add 3/4 cup water & 3/4 cup @pureharvest coco quench and cook on a low heat until liquid is absorbed.
🌱Add fresh or frozen organic blueberries & raspberries.
🌱1 grated apple.
🌱1/4 cup ~ sunflower seeds, Pepitas, almonds, hemp seeds.

This is my absolute fave summer breakfast!🌴 Gluten free Bircher made on chia seeds instead of oats. So fresh and tasty and a powerhouse of nutrients, healthy fats, antioxidants and fiber. Healthy on the inside..Glowing on the outside! 🌟

I recycle all my glass jars and use them for storage instead of plastic containers. Overnight bircher, salads for lunch and cold pressed juices are just a few of things I use my glass jars for. A simple way we can all reduce plastic and help our planet.🌍

Recipe;
.
🌱1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries & raspberries.
🌱1 pear grated or apple.
🌱2 tablespoons chia seeds.
🌱2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds.
🌱2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
🌱1/4 cup almonds.
🌱1/4 cup cashews.
🌱1/2 cup @pureharvest almond milk.
🌱1/4 cup organic desiccated coconut. 🌱Mix all ingredients together and store in the fridge overnight.
🌱Breakfast is ready to go in the morning. Enjoy!

Raw Snickers Cups...Deelish! Simple to make with only a few ingredients A guilt free treat to enjoy with your fave cup of herbal tea.👌

Recipe;
~
🌱1/2 cup melted coconut oil.
🌱1/2 cup organic @loving_earth cacao.
🌱1 tablespoon brown rice malt syrup.
🌱10 medjool dates.
🌱1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt.
🌱1/2 jar peanut butter.
~
Whisk coconut oil, rice malt syrup & cacao powder & then spoon a small amount into muffin tray & freeze for 5 mins.
~
Blend dates & peanut butter & 1 tbl water until it forms a caramel and add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. ~
Remove choc from freezer. ~
Spoon a tsp of caramel onto raw choc. ~
Drizzle remaining choc mixture onto caramel.
~
Freeze for 1/2 hour.
~
Don’t eat them all at once! 😆

Rainbow Cauliflower Sushi Rolls..Yum! I used cauliflower rice as a lighter and low carb alternative to rice. They are loaded with fresh raw veggies and lashings of avocado for a super healthy, nutritious and delicious lunch. Even leftovers for tomorrow! 🌈

RECIPE;
🌱1/2 head cauliflower roughly chopped and pulsed in a @vitamix or high powered blended for a few seconds or until it resembles rice.
🌱Lightly fry in 1 tablespoon coconut oil for 5 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons @pimp.my.salad and 1 teaspoon @melrosehealth apple cidar vinegar.
🌱Thinly slice 2 carrots, 1/2 capsicum, 1 Lebanese cucumber, Handful baby spinach and 1 avocado.
🌱Roll out your bamboo sushi mat, add Nori sheet, cauliflower and layer veggies. 🌱Roll up and with a wet knife cut into 1 inch sushi rolls. 🌱Serve with organic Tamari@Sou Sauce.
