1 cup organic coconut water

1 handful organic kale 

1 handful baby spinach

1 Lebanese cucumber

1 lime

1 green apple

1 kiwi fruit

1/2 avocado

1 tablespoon LSA

I recycle all my glass jars and use them for storage instead of plastic containers. Overnight bircher, salads for lunch and cold pressed juices are just a few of things I use my glass jars for. A simple way we can all reduce plastic and help our planet.๐ŸŒ

Recipe;
.
๐ŸŒฑ1/2 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries & raspberries.
๐ŸŒฑ1 pear grated or apple.
๐ŸŒฑ2 tablespoons chia seeds.
๐ŸŒฑ2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds.
๐ŸŒฑ2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
๐ŸŒฑ1/4 cup almonds.
๐ŸŒฑ1/4 cup cashews.
๐ŸŒฑ1/2 cup @pureharvest almond milk.
๐ŸŒฑ1/4 cup organic desiccated coconut. ๐ŸŒฑMix all ingredients together and store in the fridge overnight.
๐ŸŒฑBreakfast  is ready to go in the morning. Enjoy!

Recipe;
~
๐ŸŒฑ1/2 cup melted coconut oil.
๐ŸŒฑ1/2 cup organic @loving_earth cacao.
๐ŸŒฑ1 tablespoon brown rice malt syrup.
๐ŸŒฑ10 medjool dates.
๐ŸŒฑ1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt.
๐ŸŒฑ1/2 jar peanut butter.
~
Whisk coconut oil, rice malt syrup & cacao powder & then spoon a small amount into muffin tray & freeze for 5 mins.
~
Blend dates & peanut butter & 1 tbl water until it forms a caramel and add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. ~
Remove choc from freezer. ~
Spoon a tsp of caramel onto raw choc. ~
Drizzle remaining choc mixture onto caramel.
~
Freeze for 1/2 hour.
~
Donโ€™t eat them all at once! ๐Ÿ˜†

Rainbow Cauliflower Sushi Rolls..Yum! I used cauliflower rice as a lighter and low carb alternative to rice. They are loaded with fresh raw veggies and lashings of avocado for a super healthy, nutritious and delicious lunch. Even leftovers for tomorrow! ๐ŸŒˆ

RECIPE;
๐ŸŒฑ1/2 head cauliflower roughly chopped and pulsed in a @vitamix or high powered blended for a few seconds or until it resembles rice.
๐ŸŒฑLightly fry in 1 tablespoon coconut oil for 5 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons @pimp.my.salad and 1 teaspoon @melrosehealth apple cidar vinegar.
๐ŸŒฑThinly slice 2 carrots, 1/2 capsicum, 1 Lebanese cucumber, Handful baby spinach and 1 avocado.
๐ŸŒฑRoll out your bamboo sushi mat, add Nori sheet, cauliflower and layer veggies. ๐ŸŒฑRoll up and with a wet knife cut into 1 inch sushi rolls. ๐ŸŒฑServe with organic Tamari@Sou Sauce.
