I have been a Naturopath for over 16 years. As health has been my passion from a very young age, it was only natural for me to find my purpose in the Holistic Health and Wellness industry. Naturopathy works with the body’s innate ability to heal itself and to naturally bring the body, mind and soul back into a state of balance and harmony. This is achieved through integrating Natural Remedies, Herbal Medicine, Whole Foods, Nutrition and a Healthy Lifestyle.

I use my knowledge of Natural Medicine and my personal experiences to help others become the best, most healthiest versions of themselves they can possibly be!  I believe the key to achieving and maintaining a healthy body is by keeping it simple and affordable.

I am a long time lover of Yoga and a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher.  As a busy mum of three little ones, I find that Yoga keeps me feeling calm, grounded and more energised. Yoga has many wonderful health benefits from toning the body, improving flexibility, cleansing the organs, balancing the hormones and metabolism.  With a regular Yoga practice you will look and feel younger, have more energy, have a greater sense of self love and confidence. Your body becomes a more comfortable place to live in!
